From your initial inquiry, the average time to installation is 2-4 weeks.

Since we are attaching a fiber wire to your home from our network, we may need to visit your house for a site survey.

Site survey required: if your power line or other utilities go underground and you’d like your fiber wire to go underground, we will need to schedule a site survey to verify the path.

Site survey not required: if your power line runs from the road aerially to your house, we will follow that line with our fiber wire and may not require a scheduled site survey.

Yes, please plan to be home for both the home installation and the site survey (if required).

Although our standard installation is aerial and uses outdoor poles, we may be able to run the fiber through an existing conduit. A site survey will be necessary to determine whether this is an option for you.
